Terms of Service
These terms define our service standards, diagnostic procedures, warranty protections, and customer responsibilities for residential appliance repair performed across Sandy Springs, GA.
Our team is available by phone to clarify warranties and estimates.
Call 470-847-9076By requesting repair, maintenance, or diagnostic evaluation from Sandy Springs Appliance Repair, the customer authorizes our certified technicians to enter the designated premises and inspect, diagnose, test, and perform requested service on designated residential appliances.
An adult party (age 18 or older) with legal authority to approve work orders and payments must be present on site during the entire duration of the service appointment.
The customer agrees to provide safe, unobstructed access to appliances, electrical panels, plumbing shut-off valves, and necessary utility connections required to safely diagnose and repair the equipment.
All diagnostic appointments incur a standard diagnostic dispatch fee. This fee covers professional travel, comprehensive mechanical and electrical testing, and a written parts-and-labor repair estimate.
If the customer approves the written repair estimate during the same diagnostic visit, the diagnostic fee is credited directly toward the total cost of completed repairs.
No repair work will commence beyond diagnostic evaluation without verbal or written customer approval of total itemized costs.
Customers may cancel or reschedule scheduled service windows with at least 3 hours advance telephone notice prior to the arrival window without penalty.
Appointments cancelled less than 3 hours before arrival or situations where a technician arrives and cannot gain safe access within 20 minutes of arrival may be billed standard dispatch charges.
Emergency weather events, hazardous site conditions, or severe road closures in Sandy Springs and surrounding areas may result in priority rescheduling without customer liability.
Payment in full is due immediately upon completion of diagnostic service or installation of replacement parts before the technician leaves the service premises.
Accepted forms of payment include major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), local checks with valid identification, and approved commercial invoicing accounts.
Unpaid balances remaining outstanding past thirty (30) days are subject to a 1.5% monthly late finance fee or the maximum rate permissible by Georgia state law, plus necessary collection costs.
Sandy Springs Appliance Repair provides a 90-day parts and 30-day labor limited warranty on all newly installed manufacturer-grade replacement parts and associated repair workmanship.
Warranty coverage specifically applies only to the exact component replaced and direct labor performed. Unrelated system failures, pre-existing mechanical wear, rust, vermin damage, power surges, or customer tampering void warranty protections.
Customer-supplied replacement components carry zero labor warranty and zero manufacturer parts warranty through Sandy Springs Appliance Repair.
Sandy Springs Appliance Repair and its service technicians shall not be held liable for secondary or consequential damages, including but not limited to food or beverage spoilage, laundry water damage, lost wages, utility overage, or temporary living costs resulting from appliance downtime.
Appliances integrated into custom cabinetry, recessed cavities, tight utility closets, or glued flooring must be pulled or extracted safely. We are not responsible for pre-existing tile cracking, fragile aged vinyl discoloration, or cabinetry adhesive breakdown during standard appliance extraction.
Any damage claim related to technician presence on property must be reported by phone within forty-eight (48) hours of service completion to permit on-site management inspection.
Technicians reserve the absolute right to refuse service or vacate premises without completing work in environments with active biohazards, raw sewage, structural collapse risks, unrestrained aggressive animals, or hostile interpersonal behavior.
Appliances containing hazardous gas line leaks or illegal electrical hookups will be safely disconnected and tagged until customer corrects underlying supply line deficiencies with certified utility contractors.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in strict accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal claims or mediation proceedings shall be conducted exclusively within Fulton County, Georgia.
If any provision or clause within this agreement is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining sections and obligations shall remain in full legal force and effect.
